Work with the sales director of We Think Media to build content lead sales packages to drive new revenue streams for their agency clients.

The Solution 

GetJackD! Media worked closely with the client to create considered content and talent led sponsorship packages. This process included:

  • Taking a full deep dive into the category and competitors to help position the client in the marketplace
  • A full revision and overhaul of existing content sponsorship packages. This included:
    • Reviewing and tweaking existing content and sales pillars. New documents were created for these pillars, including pricing
    • Updating case studies to assist with the sales process
    • Streaming their ‘ideas warehouse’ to ensure better use of team ideas, preparing them for commercialisation
    • Establishing better process for data and audience collection to better target brands with key insights
  • Developing new content and sales pillars to target existing and new brand categories
  • Creating a new pricing strategy and documentation to take to target brands
  • Creating new processes to improve the follow of information between content/production and sales. This included:
    • sales briefing
    • creative ideation and talent rate cards
    • content’s creative response to sales
    • production and content creation
    • client approvals
    • content execution
    • reporting and insights

This full strategy was delivered within an 6-8-week period.
