We were engaged to facilitate the production of brand assets for the ‘Across the Tracks’ trade marketing event in Sydney featuring performances by Tash Sultana, Kye and Cosmos Midnight.
We liaised with all suppliers to facilitate last minute changes and updates to creative to deliver over 43 assets to create an impactful event at The Grounds in the Eveleigh to surprise and delight Spotify clients.
Our role was to bring to life all creative concepts, ensure the quality of the assets produced and meet tight production deadlines. The space included:
- Creating a light installation entry tunnel welcoming guests into the space
- Creating dedicated spaces for a cloak room, 360 video and relaxed seating
- Left Luggage, High Speed Snaps and Time for a Tinny.
